And so I think that what's happened is they have fundamentally miscalculated just how much of their base resonates as an electoral strategy in even some of the more conservative bastions in California like Kansas and places like Indiana. I think the fact that The legislature in Indiana just voted to enact a pretty radical abortion ban that most of the electorate doesn't want.
