And when you take extreme ownership like that in your life, well, then good things happen. Even when it's not fair. Even when it's not fair. And so What I'm seeing in a lot of these young people is, is that because they didn't have that tutelage at a very young age growing up, the deck is stacked against them. Yes, they're black.
