Well, look, we're talking about putting a cap on property taxes which have gotten too high. We've talked about putting the income tax on a path down to zero. The fact of the matter is There are eight or nine other states around the country that already have a zero income tax. So part of the issue is with Ohio, we need to drive economic growth that competes with and eventually out competes those states that has people moving in. (01:26–01:32)
