In the first industrial revolution, we were the leading state in the country, and I want Ohio to be the leading state in the country again. When it comes to economic excellence in America, some easy shifts we're able to make. Bring down the regulatory burden, cut the red tape, bring down the tax burden, including the income tax, eventually down to zero, and bring down property taxes in this state. Basic changes that attract more people into this state, moving into the state rather than out. But I also think there's no economic excellence, Tom, without educational excellence. (00:23–00:33)
