That's actually cruelty. As opposed to giving them the skills that allow them to declare that independence from their government. That's what I want for our state. The state where every son and daughter of our state who wants to become a doctor or an entrepreneur or computer programmer has a path to do so. While also every young man or woman who wants to become a welder or a mechanic or an electrician also has a path to the American dream. (31:47–31:55)
