You deserve to see as taxpayers how your money is actually being spent because sunlight is the best disinfectant. Transparency is the way forward for our state. We're going to shred every excess excess regulation in this state. For every new regulation that gets on the books under my administration, we will require rescinding at least 10 others before that regulation hits the books or else it ain't going to happen. Shouldn't take 18 to 36 months to get a new natural gas pipeline permitted in the state. We need to bring that down to six months or less. (14:25–14:38)
