And people would say, oh well, we want equal opportunity. And that was a conservative response. But now we have to confront the hard work of what does that actually look like? What actually does? Equality of opportunity, which everyone acknowledges doesn't exist today. How do we actually do that? Hard work. And I think that that's a good result of going past the group quota DEI regime to have an honest conversation about the fact that we don't have equal opportunity across the country. (09:19–09:23)
