Florida, Texas. You know, at a certain point, you tire of hearing about it. We're no longer going to be a state that follows the lead of Florida or Texas. By the time I'm done as your next governor, Texas and Florida will be taking their playbook from what we do here in the state of Ohio. It's time for Ohio to lead, and that's why I'm running to be your governor. I don't want to lead Ohio to be one of the better states in the Midwest, frankly. (11:28–11:37)
