We have more people leaving than moving in. We have more deaths than we do births. Those are just hard facts. It's 11 million people right now in Ohio and slightly declining. By the time I'm done as your governor, it's going to be 15 plus million people and growing in this state. We're not going to be talking about workforce shortages anymore.
