Many don't even speak the other languages in which they may have been brought from. But this is going to threaten the legal status of them. There was a case in the Rio Grande Valley where there were two doctors who were arrested and put in immigration detention. Also, when we talk about other consequences that these rules are going to have is even though you had doctors who were serving the community in areas where there was a severe medical shortage, it's going to make a bad situation worse.
