There are two fees, actually, here in El Paso that have paid for critical projects such as the finishing of Loop 375, other critical infrastructure ramps here in El Paso County. But with this rule, People who are not able to prove their citizenship or their legal status are no longer going to be allowed to register their vehicles. That rule is still under consideration.
