And when you look at the black community, they get one member of Congress for every 2 million black residents. So that means that their vote is one fifth of that of a white resident in Texas. It takes five black Texans to deliver the same voting power that one white Texan delivers for the state of Texas. That is the inherent unfairness. And also for the first time, the republic.
