And then lastly, we've got to make sure that we as members of Congress, because we have a role in this, everyone wants to point just at the President. This is not on one person, this is all of us. We have to change the way we process people at our nation's front door. We're operating in the same way today that we did in the 1980s. I will be dropping a piece of legislation that completely re envisions that process that keeps us secure but also maintains our values as a country that respects the dignity of human beings.
