We have done all of our homework. There is historic precedence for getting immigration on the Senate side through reconciliation that meets the Byrd rule. At the end of the day, It is my hope that the Senate will pass a reconciliation package with our full immigration package. and that they acknowledge both the recommendation by the parliamentarian, which is non binding, and they recognize and acknowledge all of the precedent that has been set before in passing immigration changes through reconciliation in the past.
