Yeah, great question. So El Pasoans should know there are 12 funding bills every year for the various agencies. We had already passed the first six for the fiscal year. so it was just the last six. And in the House, we said, unless you're going to work with us on DHS guardrails, separate the other five agencies like Transportation, Labor, Health and Human Services, Defense, and let's take separate votes.
