Right. The NRO was space or was not space force. It was Air Force. Right. Space. Part of The NRO was a joint DOD, Title 10, Title 50, IC organization from inception. Our workforce culture still represents that today after 60 years. So I think it almost seems like to me you're talking to that the NRO is a DoD agency or the NRO is an IC element. (27:47–27:55)
