And then this year their alleged input is all this federal money that they're taking credit for. So whatever they say, it's ridiculous. They could have done the right thing. They still can do the right thing. There is money left in the state coffers that can be used for schools and other issues. So I'm very hopeful that they'll spend some time thinking through this instead of just going home and spending the rest of the summer enjoying themselves. There's work to be done. (23:07–23:12)
