Because we made those critical decisions to get our state in the best position to recover, we were able to propose bold solutions to address the urgent crisis that we faced. I propose in my 2021 budget or 21-23 budget, our Badger Bounce Back agenda, providing a blueprint to not only get our economy back on track to normal, but to ensure that we could bounce back better than before this pandemic hit.
