I would say that some of the medium sized Oshkoshes of La Crosse and others of the world feel that the smaller municipalities got more percentage increases and all that. But we'll work on that going forward. The bottom line right now is that I think it was well overdue and bipartisan win for the state of Wisconsin. And I guess I would just speaking on behalf of the mayor and the county executive who are here, it didn't fix all the problems. (09:58–10:06)
