Well, Congressman, thanks for doing this. Let's start with property taxes. You want to lower them, how are you going to do that? So We'll end the 400 year property tax increase. If you look at last December's property tax bills, the largest increase in 30 years and now there's just a report showing that property taxes are the highest in 20 years that just came out recently.
