If you go back to 10 years ago, when we froze property taxes, we were able to bring additional money from the state to be able to backfill that. And so The state went from a budget of $99 billion last year to $114 billion, a record increase. There's plenty of money in Madison to be able to help backfill what we need to do at the local level.
