Well, I think we've got a good shot, you know, this year we'll get the omnibus done within the next couple of weeks and fully fund government at an appropriate level. And We won't spend any more money than we did last year and the year before. I mean, we'll have the caps, but we can certainly reorder priorities within there. And I think moving money from programs I would argue are fairly ineffective toward things like, okay, let's do more research at the National Institute of Health. (26:21–26:25)
