There's probably not going to be money for you. So we literally were starting to impact the number of people that would do the hard work intellectually and academically become a biomedical researcher. And Last year's turnaround has had, frankly, an immediate impact, both in terms of we now fund about one out of five. But the message sent out to younger researchers is, hey, there's a future here. Somebody's interested in doing real research, so maybe we'll hold off on getting a finance degree and go do the biomedical thing. (16:41–16:49)
