That's right. I think that is true. I don't think there's massive fraud in voter elections, but I also think there's the potential for it. We do have states that are now in municipalities that have allowed people that aren't American citizens to vote in their municipal election. I think that's outrageous. I think you ought to be a citizen of this country to vote. I don't think it's asking too much to demonstrate with appropriate ID who you are. (11:58–12:06)
