It's available to anybody. And second, though, there's nothing. Most people, every poll that you can look at, think you ought to show an ID to vote. And now Some states issue driver's licenses to non-citizens or to even to people that are here illegally. So saying to vote, you've got to show some proof of citizenship makes sense. In Oklahoma, again, it's overwhelmingly popular. Lots of states do it now. (10:38–10:49)
