It's actually Senate Democrats, particularly our minority leader Schumer, that is just consistently breaking his word. Again, this has happened to us twice. You know, in the first shutdown, we sent Senate Democrats what they asked for. They asked for a short term continuing resolution to continue negotiating bills. We agreed.
