Well, a lot depends on how long it goes on. Look, I always prefer voting on things. I think it provides legitimacy. But in this case, The President's clearly acting within his authority. He's not doing anything different than President Clinton did in Serbia, than President George H.W. Bush did in Panama, frankly, than President Obama did in Libya.
