What we've seen in some communities across America is they've established a near monopoly of home value by buying up the single family homes in some communities across, across our country. And It's not quite as pronounced here in mid Michigan, but it is a massive problem in many other parts of the country. and we can't allow that to continue to spread. We need to have homes that are available and affordable for families. That's a key pillar of this. (08:07–08:14)
