I think the difference is though I think with maybe Richland and Sauk is Sauk county was ready for this. They knew it was coming because of demographics. So the county had already done it has done a study or doing a study on what to do with the facilities and I believe that's co op owned by both of the city maybe and the county. (06:12–06:17)
