We need to somehow recalibrate the formula so the cuts to them because their enrollment is declining aren't so steep. There's different avenues to do that. And I really am a huge advocate of special education funding. Right now the state of Wisconsin is only funding probably 30 some percent of special education. I would love to get that to 50% or more. That would free up more dollars for them to use, to operate on to be a buffer. What about higher education? (05:18–05:24)
