There's different avenues to do that. And I really am a huge advocate of special education funding. Right now the state of Wisconsin is only funding probably 30 some percent of special education. I would love to get that to 50% or more. That would free up more dollars for them to use, to operate on to be a buffer. What about higher education? The state's four year colleges, two year colleges, technical colleges. (05:23–05:27)
