Virginians are deployed on the Ford Strike Group in the Caribbean, undertaking actions that could potentially be a precursor to an invasion that should not happen. And so, again, I will bring forward these resolutions in tandem with other senators, especially Senator Paul, Senator Schumer, Senator Schiff, to try to get Congress to exercise the oversight that we long ago should have exercised over this president's decision to take into his own hands a power that is reserved in the Constitution to Congress, the power to declare war.
