So if you are in your second trimester, you cannot be housed in the motel program. If you are a veteran and do not have a home, that status doesn't matter. You have to leave the program. If you are disabled in a wide range of ways, but you are still mobile, you're still able to walk, you have to leave the motel rooms. For all those reasons and many others, we decided that we were going to cover everybody in our extension. It was very clear and we thought a principle worth fighting for. (15:10–15:21)
