That clock, in effect, is still running because lots of people have not hit their 80 days yet. But they are going to hit it today, tomorrow, the next day. There is still a clock running. In other words, If we amend this bill, even by one character, it will need to go back to the House, back to the Senate, back to without rule suspensions, and it will add weeks that will force more veterans, more pregnant folks, more victims of domestic violence, et cetera, onto the streets. So we should pass the budget adjustment. It's long overdue. We should not amend it today or tomorrow. And we should get this to the governor's desk where he can make all of this right with a stroke of his pen. (21:30–21:52)
