So the bulk of of the mandate from the voters, things like securing the border, they're not going to get seven votes from Democrats. So we can't get it done through ordinary legislation. So how are we going to get it done? We're going to get it done using something called reconciliation. What is reconciliation? Reconciliation is a process that comes from a specific statute, the budget act of 1974.
