And at the time of the Schumer shutdown, in the first Trump administration, the federal government had funded the military, had passed funding for the military. And so our active duty military, soldiers, sailors, airmen and marines were getting their paychecks. But unfortunately, We had not funded the Coast Guard. And the Coast Guard is funded in a different title than, than the remainder of the military. And so I went to the Senate floor and fought to fund our Coast Guardsmen.
