But part of the problem is I think Democrats feel there are no consequences to them when they embrace extreme positions. And so you could see an extended shutdown, because the first Schumer shutdown in the first Trump administration, I think the Democrats felt they paid no political price for it, and that probably emboldens them to force another shutdown.
