That silence weighed on Trey powerfully, and he ultimately took his own Life at age 28. Trey's Law is an initiative that has been championed by Trey's sister, Elizabeth. Numerous states, including my home state of Texas, including Mr. President, your home state of Missouri, have passed Trey's Law. And in the Senate, I introduced Trey's Law as bipartisan legislation.
