Numerous states, including my home state of Texas, including Mr. President, your home state of Missouri, have passed Trey's Law. And In the Senate, I introduced Trey's Law as bipartisan legislation. And the senate passed it 100 to nothing. And it is sitting at the House, languishing, not because anyone objects to it, but simply because the House has decided not to process Senate bills.
