The State Department can do it by labeling a group as a foreign terrorist organization, or The Treasury Department can do it by labeling a group what is called a specially designated global terrorist. My bill does all three. And so it's belts and suspenders on the global Muslim Brotherhood and that results in immediate and devastating sanctions. (14:17–14:25)
