I think that's a really bad idea. If, God forbid, politicians are suddenly deciding what constitutes pass interference, that ain't a good world to have. My legislation protects the rights of athletes to be for name, image and likeness. And I think that's fair. I think it's fair that you should enjoy the fruits of your labor.
