And I think there's a real need for Congress to act and set some uniform rules. And so I've drafted legislation and this legislation is the product of spending a lot of time listening to the stakeholders. And My legislation empowers the NCAA to make rules concerning how NIL will operate and how the transfer portal will operate. It doesn't put Congress in charge of it.
