The Trump administration is not the first administration that has been less than fully supportive of free speech at the fcc. Democrats have spent years trying to de platform Americans and broadcasters they disliked. Many of them urged the FCC to revoke licenses from Sinclair for urging conservative views. This committee has already held one hearing on government censorship in the First Amendment, and we will be holding more hearings in the coming weeks. (21:32–21:39)
