And that legislation got bipartisan support, actually got Democrats to support my legislation. We passed it out of the Armed Services Committee, we passed it out of the Senate and Obama signed it into law. It resulted in dozens of Confucius Centers shutting down across the country. Today the number of Confucius Institutes has dwindled to about 10. And so it's an example when you target and cut off the money, you can make a real difference fighting back against this Chinese propaganda and espionage. (17:57–18:04)
