I mean, Bob, you know, we went from 3.5% unemployment rate in Texas in January to 13.5% at the peak of COVID in the spring. So that incredible increase just tragically caused tremendous difficulty. So, you know, our system, Our Texas workforce commission and unemployment structure was never established to serve that many Texans. And so it was an incredibly difficult time. Many of my staff members were augmenting, working above and beyond normal hours to help Texans on the front lines by handling those claims for workers compensation. (11:16–11:23)
