And much more recently, we've worked to lower the cost of prescription drugs by having Medicare negotiate with the pharmaceutical companies, much like they do in every other industrialized country. And Those prices are coming down. And there's been some very specific battles, particularly with the manufacturers of asthma inhalers, where we have had huge victories in lowering the price for people who need those inhalers.
