This was a reality for those of us from Wisconsin for 15 months when women were sent back to live under a law that was passed in Wisconsin in 1819 49, one year after statehood. It is widely viewed as a criminal abortion ban and one that predates the Civil War and certainly predates women having the right to vote. Sadly, I have little or no faith that this activist, extremist Supreme Court is done with this mission. They invited people to challenge the law that upholds marriage equality. (01:52–02:04)
