Part of the challenge for homeowners is that we have private equity firms and others that are gobbling up all the housing stock, and then, you know, they're absentee landlords. But that's taking that housing stock out of the opportunity for home ownership. So I am working on a lead author of the Affordable Housing and Homeownership Protection act, which would crack down on these hedge funds and private equity firms that are gobbling up this housing stock. And then the price of groceries, that's probably what people think of. I am pleased the price of gas is going down. (04:07–04:23)
