And We have seen 15% of single family homes in southern Nevada in particular have been bought up by these speculative corporations. who are coming in and basically trading homes like stocks. And what's happening is they're jacking up rent to make a profit for their stockholders. Right. And so who's paying for it? (17:30–17:41)
