Southern Nevadans are paying for it in increased rent. And so we have a bill that will make it illegal to jack up and price gouge rent during a housing crisis. Also, There will be a study on the impact of that on the rents, and then the fees that will be collected will go into the housing trust fund to be used to build additional housing. And so, you know, this is sort of a all hands on deck type of problem that, you know, one, being in a state that has 80%, close to 80% of our land is federally controlled. (18:08–18:21)
